We offer three types of membership including Annual (12 months), Seasonal (6 months minimum), and Social. Our storage and full concierge services are available for all vehicle types including motorcycles.
Annual and Season Membership is inclusive of designated space, unlimited access to the clubhouse, and all social events and programs.
All Members, including Social Members, have access to the storage and clubhouse facilities during regular business hours, and are encouraged to bring friends and family. Additionally, as a Member you are invited and have access to events both at the ODC facilities and with our event partners.
One Drivers Club is privately owned by a select group of individuals. Originally founded as Collectors Car Garage and launched in Bedford Hills, NY, over 20 years ago, the company and its team have grown to include locations in Chicago, Palm Beach, and Seattle.
One Drivers Club specializes in premier concierge storage and collection management, catering to over 500 Members, overseeing and caring for over 1,200 vehicles. Our Members community enjoys numerous drives and special events every year. We anticipate expanding in new markets and continuing to care for each vehicle uniquely.
As the premier choice in car collection management, our model focuses on selecting private, convenient, and safe facilities, customizing each for optimal vehicle storage to ensure best care and oversight. All of our properties feature climate controlled environments and 24/7 camera monitoring supplemented by physical and third-party security.
Our team brings over 20 years of expertise in luxury car storage. We consistently undertake facility and vehicle checks to ensure their conditions remain at the highest standards, ensuring unexpected leaks or any emerging problems have not arisen.
Our on-site staff coordinates all desired or required maintenance with our network of specialists—from routine check-up to specialized restoration work. We work with each Member to create and maintain the best plan to accommodate requests on a 1:1 basis.
Most of our facilities operate with a “valet” parking model, where vehicles are parked by trained staff with a minimum of two staffers undertaking any movement within the facility. Our Seattle facility operates as a self-park Club with 24/7 access and was built to accommodate that Member preference. We kindly request 24 hours notice to prepare your vehicle for pick-up, but staff is available to accommodate shorter lead time requests.
In locations that have been designed to accommodate self-parking, including 24/7 access, Members are able to request that option. With 24/7 access and assigned self-parking sports, Members are able to enter and exit the facility at their convenience. Our Seattle location has been uniquely fitted to offer this for a majority of Members. Other locations will require 24 hours notice to place cars in the dedicated spots for self-pick-up and drop-off.
Yes, we are always available to arrange for drop-off and pick-up at your convenience. Vehicles may either be driven by our expert staff or moved by one of our trusted partners. Members can specify the method of transport, whether it be enclosed, open, or driven.
While we appreciate requests to be made at least 24 hours in advance, all our locations are staffed during business hours and can accommodate last-minute requests. Please call, email, or text your dedicated facility to ensure all arrangements can be made.
Yes, as a Member of One Drivers Club, you are allocated space(s) within the facility based on your anticipated collection needs. You are welcome to alternate any and all of your vehicles to accommodate different driving interests. Typically, Members will rotate vehicles on a regular basis within a facility, including their higher mileage ”daily driver” vehicles.
Based on space availability, we are glad to accommodate collections across multiple locations. Some of our locations offer Seasonal Memberships to accommodate Members who transition across regions throughout the year. We are available to help manage any transportation needs between locations.
Each facility features climate controls to ensure the condition of your vehicle. We continuously work to perfect the ideal storage conditions for vintage and collectible vehicles. Decades specializing in premier storage and vehicle collection and operations management enable us to prepare and deliver for any environment scenario.
Each vehicle has access to outlet(s) to provide electricity for battery maintenance. If you do not have a battery tender, we highly recommend using one. They are available in our inventory on site for purchase should you elect that route.
We offer electric vehicle charging at Palm Beach and Seattle. We can arrange for electric charging at our other locations. As we continue to enhance our facilities, we are adding this capability into site planning.
As the premier collection management and storage solution, we are here to make your vehicle ownership as fulfilling as possible. Our services include all that you or your vehicle might need, from a wash or detail to full restoration management. Depending on your request and your location, our in-house team completes the services or we leverage our network of specialist partners. For example, our Palm Beach location features a service shop with full-time trained mechanics. Other locations might partner with regional specialists to complete all service requests.
As your collection management concierge, services are estimated and billed at direct cost, including parts, labor, and materials. All costs and fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to beginning work. Provider receipts are provided.
A service fee is predetermined and estimated as a percentage of work. The percentage is a sliding scale based on the gross amount of the provider’s invoice. Our facility managers are available to provide estimates for desired work.
All work is performed by our expert network of insured, trusted service professionals. In select locations, our factory-trained mechanics will perform services. Our established network of partners ensures that we only work with those best skilled for each specific job or issue.
Each location team is available and highly trained to coordinate all types of repairs and restoration work for your vehicle. One Drivers Club has an established network of mechanics and craftsmen ready to care for your car with specialized skills, highest quality, and personalized service.
Yes, One Drivers Club is a licensed dealer. As part of our collection management solution, we provide a trusted, specialized, and seamless Sales solution for Members across locations. Local facility managers can introduce you to the full breadth of our Sales offering, ranging from valuation services and marketing to transaction support.
Ranging from a set percentage to a base fee, plus increments over the agreed sales floor prices, One Drivers Club works directly and transparently with owners to communicate options at the onset of the consignment.
No, you do not. Non-Members may also take advantage of our Sales solution. Active Members receive preferred pricing. Commission fees for Non-Members apply at a premium.
As part of a full calendar of events, each of our clubhouses hosts seasonal rallies, preview opportunities with dealerships, test drives of new models, and Member drives. Please contact our local facility manager to learn more.
Depending on the event and club location, a nominal fee may be charged when applicable. Fees will be communicated in advance across all materials.
Exclusive to Members and their guests, events are private and by invitation only.
Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Member. Select events may be exclusive to Members and will be communicated as such in advance.
Yes, the clubhouse and facilities are available to host private events. Please contact your facility manager for details and costing.
Monthly billing includes storage fees and applicable taxes. Additional services, such as maintenance and restoration, will be estimated and billed separately at the time of service.
Full membership includes storage fee and full access to the national network of clubhouse facilities and events.
One Drivers Club processes monthly membership leasing fees on the first of each month.
Members' monthly billing may be processed via ACH or Credit Cards. We encourage all Members to take advantage of fee-free ACH payments.
